Not enough promotions for new players. Slot attendants not friendly at all. Wait staff was the only ones that spoke. Wish us good luck. No eye contact, not even a smile from staff. Harrah’s is know for GREAT guest service! What happen Nola’s Harrah’s? They are plenty of casinos in Gulfport where I can go play! Get your act together!
Don't gamble with any hopes of any legit room comps. They will send you a room comp coupon in the mail and when you call they will have no availability for the comp dates. So basically they are giving you nothing. Well they are giving you junk mail that' worth nothing.
I don’t think I like this Harrahs property as much as others I have been to over the years. Who is my host ??? Shorted on a payout nope watch yourself I know I am only a diamond now last year a seven star. I guess the free flights to Laughlin and Las Vegas will come in handy

Smoke-free! Clean. Smells nice. Servers are attentive and hospitable. Unfortunately they wouldn’t open more tables for BJ when there were many ppl waiting. They said more tables would open up at 4pm. Their loss cuz I ended up winning $564 in slots. A few table stains but overall a good experience.
Cleanest casino, but was disappointed in the lack of promotions for a brand new player and the woman at the counter who got us our players card did not make eye contact with me at all. She did tell us about the free drink button, but that isn't the type of promo's I am used to at other casinos.
Room was dirty. Service was subpar. The expenses did not relate to the experience at all. Additionally, breakfast is not included for the $300.00 a night spend and if we chose to purchase it the kids are not allowed. Pretty disappointing all around.
