Me and my husband want for the first time very clean but just have to say I was sit waiting on a drink for a hr and still have seen anyone
It's NOT Las Vegas, people don't go to New Orleans to gamble so don't expect to win thousands of dollars. It was an excursion nothing more.

Generally, you get what you pay for at Harrahs—- and it seems to be going down... Don’t expect anything better than average unfortunately, especially drinks or food... However, in the last year, it seems as though it’s gotten worse. Example: even in a peak time, one employee at the parking toll booth for you to pay and leave- most recent example: 16+ people/cars waiting to leave and you have ONE booth to go thru. They had most of the Masquerade closed off no one was winning 2018 I will find somewhere else to go. At Harrah all you do is LOSE LOSE LOSE and leave mad.
I had an major issue with the pit boss Adrian. The way he handle issues he shouldn’t be a pit boss in High Limit. I believe the best area for him is Low Limit. He will forever be on my shit list.
No casino competition around them. They will screw you anyway they can
My husband has played poker there for over 20 years, and was banned from there due to a bartender lying, saying he "threw a napkin at her". When my husband denied this and asked to see the video proof, he was told there was none. And that the casino believed the bartender, no matter what. My husband hasn't an ounce of badness in him, ESPECIALLY to women. There was a whole lead-up to this ending, and this bartender basically had it in for him, and was determined to get him banned.
