Beds were comfy, room was clean, all staff was helpful and friendly, buffet was okay I have been to every Harrahs property and this was the worst buffet, the food was mediocre. However the hotel and casino are very nice and we had a very nice stay.
Syl, hotel lobby attendant, JoAnn Humphrey, Concierge, Janet Morrison, VIP Hospitality Host, Cora, host, David Galley, Senior Executive Host, and every employee there ***** - a beautiful, clean, welcoming place. If you haven't been to Harrah's Hotel and Harrah's Casino in New Orleans, you're missing a great vacation.

The hotel was great from valet on. The casino is nice as well, but as is normal for Harrah's, the slots are tight. The buffet WAS HORRIBLE!! I thought that the Horseshoe in Shreveport was the worst - they are 5-star compared to the one here in NOLA. I wasted my points for this garbage...

The buffet was good n the machines paid out so I give it 5 stars
It was fun....only thing is the $50 cover at Masquerade night club too much...didn't go
