Casino great , hotel stealing assholes. $920 stolen from room. They didn't do anything.
There is one thing I have to admit our Harrahs is hands down the best Harrahs Hotel hands down . I’m an New Orleans native but I’ve traveled all over the world, and have patronized several Hotels, including Harrahs Gulf Coast , Harrahs Laughlin and Harrahs Las Vegas. Had a great time ! smoke free casino, dj mix kept the atmosphere up beat . Bartender was was great she was friendly ,had some dance moves while serving, football on the screen .the whole experience was good already ,planning our next stay
I didn't go over there to gambling, eat lunch or dinner in the buffet or watch them in the theater.
This place is awesome! Even you don't gamble the live music is amazing.
We found the casino clean and pleasantly smoke free!!! It was nice and the staff were nice. My complaint was we never could figure out how to use the card. We tried 8 different machines. We finally left without ever getting to pull the one arm bandits. 😢😢😢
Well just to make things clear, I did not stay at the casino. I did stop by for a couple hours of Mississippi stud tho, Friday and Saturday, and Sunday! I have to say the free beer and drinks while you play is awesome! Pit bosses are friendly and have a good sense of humor, making people feel welcome and set the tone to have a good time! The best smoke free casino in the states by far. They also had some of the best slots there as well. Would highly recommend the building is so beautiful full blown new New Orleans style.
