Inexperienced dealers, unfamiliar with games. Dirty. Food order took 37 minutes...at Fudruckers, a FAST food restaurant. God bless Las Vegas and their expertise on consumer experience.

So many things to say. THE HOTEL: Clean, comfortable, great location close to the street cars and riverwalk. Friendly staff. Remember to use the do not disturb/housekeeping button on the door or you might get a doorbell 😊. Great water pressure in the shower. THE CASINO: I can’t tell you enough about how you have to try the buffet. King Cake donut topped with a praline & you have to try the tasty crawfish too. Slots move extra fast to take your money fast. I played over $100 On slots and I seen one bonus that didn't pay anything. Bad business
The room was immaculate and the view was awesome... I will go back when we visit NOLA! Very satisfied!
I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Harrah's. The front desk staff are very friendly and help my check in smoothly. The staffs at the total award desk also very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my time there.

Harrah Buffet is Garbage. Not worth 38$ No crab legs. No crawfish and were in new orleans. Food terrible..

Played for several hours.. was never offered anything to drink.. machines are way too tight.. most cases if you hit anything at all, you don’t even get your bet back. If don’t hit the bonus round several times.. you can forget winning anything. This was my 3rd trip to this casino... it’s a joke compared to Vegas. I won’t be back.. I’ll just continue winning money in the local bars.
