Lots of energy, had fun, for a Friday night and crowded, the slot did not pay out for nothing and NO bonus rounds at all, but again we had fun!

It was my 1st time here loved every minute of it it’s location is perfect right in the heart of the city have your walking 🚶 shoes on everything is so close Canal and “Bourbon” street lots of things to do besides Casino lot of shopping and eateries I loved it
Your new parking lot system sucks ! It is taking longer for people to leave the casino! Stop being so cheap! Hire back the workers .!
This casino is awful. If you don't mind seeing grown men walking around with their asses hanging out then this casino is for you. Their point system is bad. You have to gamble thousands of dollars just to earn one meal. If they comp you two buffets and your by yourself they'll take both buffets from you. The bathrooms are filthy and smell bad. The buffet is not good. The pan of boiled shrimp was mostly heads than shrimp. Had to dig through the heads just to get a few shrimp. When I went to speak to a hostess she didn't even ... read more
We just got home from a five day stay. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and kept in perfect shape by housekeeping. We definitely plan to visit NOLA again in the future and we will be staying at Harrah’s for sure.
Had to do it once. The swamp tour is a must. Wrestlemania made it a 5 star.
Horrible checking in experience thanks to the incompetent front desk manager Brandon and front desk mean spirited clerk. After flying 5 hours from Seattle it took us 3 hours to check in and that’s because the woman who made my reservation used her brains made the reservation in both my daughter and my name and stipulated that both of us must be present to check in.. my daughter couldn’t make it and as such they refused to check me in. I absolutely love this casino! I had Easter Brunch and it was fabulous! Please do me a favor and do something about the Diamond Bar bartender! The service was horrible. I waited a half hour for 1 drink! I moved over to the bar below the VooDoo Lounge and got my Champagne, plus I hit 4 deuces for $250! You may contact me as I have a Total Rewards account, but I expect the service to change at the Diamond Bar as this is my second visit in the past year. The Diamond Lounge is fantastic! I can’t wait to return!
