We had so much fun! We didn’t wait long for drinks, it was clean and didn’t smell like stale cigarettes. We really had a blast! I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to gamble while in New Orleans!

Went mid-day, mid-week. Played roulette with a first timer and they loved it. Get your Players Card as you walk in. Ineligible for comps w/out it. Pleasant dealers, slow cocktail service, ever present Pit & Floor Bosses. Good mix of players (novice-pro). Clean. Separate non-gaming smoking area.

Wasn't pleased to have to for parking and $37 for the buffet after taxes. The shrimp creole tasted like spaghetti sauce no shrimp inside. The food was cold. The fried fish had so much lemon you couldn't eat it. The steak was very fatty with gristle. I'll never eat there again. Our waitress never asked if I wanted a drink refill.

Business response:

Our buffet manager would like to speak with you directly to learn more about your visit so that it can be addressed appropriately. Can you please send us a message or email your contact information to alusk@harrahs.com so that we can get in touch? Thank you!
