Came here on vacation from South Korea this place sucks!!!!!!! No bonuses or anything!

I was enjoying myself but never received a drink when I ordered it ... I was sitting at the same machine for over a hour finally I seen a gentleman walking towards me I got happy and he passed right on by I got up cashed out and left what a way to end my first time in New Orleans

I LOVE Harrah's New Orleans! The Hotel is top notch and everything is spotless in the impressive lobby area. The rooms are like brand new. Restaurant Ruth Chris off the lobby and tons of nearby bars and other great restaurants are within close walking distance for all of New Orlean's Culinary delights.
