Harrah was a great place! Beautiful and the buffet was the best! It was one of the best places to be during Essence Festival!
I WENT WITH A FAMILY REUNION!!!! WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME!!! MY FIRST TIME AT "HARRAH'S NEW ORLEANS"!!! IT WAS DURING THE "ESSENCE FESTIVAL" SO IT WAS AWESOME!!!! THE BAND PLAYING INSIDE OF HARRAH'S WAS MY FAVORITE!!!!!
