Well there was this one gentlemen who said just about everything there's to say about Harrah New Orleans. I really don't think I can say too much more to top his experience. So the rest of the world just have to come have their own experience.
The 999.9 Gold Wheel skit machine is so misleading. 3x multiplier doesn’t work on jackpot winnings even though it says it works on wheel too, so we called the attendants over and ended up getting into it because they had no idea what they were doing. Free drinks are nice but I don’t enjoy the staff or the misleading, stingy games.

No one should be harassed, especially a guest. Stay anywhere else but here! Staff is completely disrespectful and violent to guests. It's an embarrassment to the other locations.

My transgender friend had multiple security guards waiting for her when she exited the stall in the ladies room. They then misgendered her and have not followed up to her inquiries. Harrah’s Atlantic City security called her a tranny and assaulted her. Is this a general Harrah’s policy towards trans people? Are LGBTQ people safe and treated with dignity at your resorts? The answer seems like no.
