We had a great time, My birthday was on August 3rd .. we came for dinner at the steakhouse.. we loved it.. And we went and gambled what a great night, lol no money �

I play here every time I’m in Nola! So big and pretty with great service usually at the slots with ordering drinks thru the machine! I � it!!!

Harrahs is only as good as their staff. Unfortunately, they must not train customer service or hospitality to their bartenders. Gina the bartender at the back bar at the Poydras Street entrance is neither hospitable or friendly. Learn to smile and be nice to your customers Miss Gina. I hope Harrahs re trains you. After 2 years of service you should not hate your job so much, or change professions!

We love Harrahs!! The staff there are amazing!! Tiara and Danny are the best!! The made our stay there ever so delightful and we definitely will making many more return trips!!!

HORRIBLE ODDS: Every Caesar's property that I have ever visited has a SINGLE-ZERO roulette table, but not this one. When you have a monopoly and you're the only game in town, you don't have to give the people great odd. Furthermore, the percentage of slot machines that are broken and out of service is not consistent with the Caesar's Entertainment brand that I know and they don't seem to pay out very well. A gas station in Las Vegas has higher odds than Harrah's.
The hotel was awesome!!! Easy access to the casino and everything is within walking distance. Customer service was great. Check in and check out went smoothly. Would highly recommend.
