RecommendedThe hotel was great, upgraded us to a suite since it was our anniversary. Casino is great with plenty of slots to play. Plenty of sites to see near by. But if you are a smoker, BEWARE smoking is not allowed in the casino. This is not published and we did not know this prior to arrival.
They moved my reservation to the Hilton but forgot to tell the Hilton. Class Act- oh and now Harrah’s is not returning my phone calls.
RecommendedA home away from home , the rooms are very spacious nice neat clean . The window view oh my god I felt like I was a 👸🏻 . I never stayed at a 🏨 where customer service call to see if there was anything they could do to assist u . Harrahs New Orleans is the place to be !

RecommendedVery nice casino, like theirs in Nevada - Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. Very friendly and helpful attendents. Only there a short time but we had fun ... leaving our money with them!
