If you want valet to wreck your car (while your child is in it) not apologize, take over $1,000 out of your bank account (which they've yet to put back in) and give you lousy customer service, then this is the place to stay! Otherwise, go somewhere else. As soon as we arrive, we started unloading our vehicle, the valet said he needed to move the car forward which we said hold on, let me get my child out who is 16 months old, he said it won't be far, he didn't put the car in park so it rolled forward hitting the car in front.... read more

Very nice place not far from the riverfront and shopping.
Loved it, wish I could win more money. All the staff seemed very friendly. However, it when ordering drinks they could be faster, but that is a small price to pay for such a nice place.
I there for my birthday yesterday. .on your birthday. U can go and present your ID. And you go to the TOTAL REWARDS AREA ..they will give you a total rewards card and you get to choose 1 of 4 items to see what. You won.well i won the buffet..I MUST SAY THE BUFFET WAS FANTASTIC!! omg i didnt know what to choose from !! They have every. Type of food! Desserts. .seafood.. The food. Was great. The staff very friendly i recommend it ��.thank you Harrahs for making my birthday. great!!

Had a blast! I liked the fact that I could not smell cigarette smoke.
I was just stopping through. But they received 5 stars from me because they have a separate section for smoking patrons. That is huge for those of us who cannot tolerate smoke, but would like to experience a casino.
Never win anything there and have never really heard anyone winning while I was playing.
