Was a very nice experience. Parking in NO, is tough and expensive. Harrah's made it easy and free. Compared to casinos in Biloxi, we loved the lack of cigarette smoke at Harrah's. We will visit again.
We came for a four night stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary what started out as a rocky start turned out to be a great stay thanks to all the desk staff in particular from the first night we had to end up staying at the (long story) Renaissance which by the way was a lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyable the second through the 4th night we were relocated back to the main property and between Nionna,Donna, and especially JoAnn concierge we had a great time thank you so much for all you did for us. Stayed three days/two nights. Hotel was nice, all though the guys in the room next to use came back every night after 2am drunk raising thier voice and laughing for hours before they shutup. The slots are by far the tightest machine we have ever Played at any casino we have been atother than Winstar, same goes for the video poker. The table games are a little high even during off days. The room wasn't as nice as we thought it would be, for adults in the room and only one chair doesn't work out too well. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice.

Still waiting for someone from leadership to contact me. 4 calls to the front desk and then a face to face with a supervisor today. Was promised a call and no response. Third night into our five day trip. Hoping someone takes the time to contact us. Came for our first visit us loyal Harrah's customers and total reward member. Came to celebrate parents 50th anniversary from California and Georgia.
