Do they have a minus button??? Refused a reward card. Why??? I'm Elite at Winstar.... Patricia or Pat (she had 2 name badges) oh well won around $500 and left. I did tell management before I left. He said he would check into it. Uh huh.... I don't have your card and frankly Harrah's I don't give a damn

I had a wonderful time. The staff was pleasant and there is an excellent selection of slot machines to play. I always look forward to visiting Harrah's. Their buffet is excellent and a great variety of food and desserts.

Stayed at the hotel Saint Pierre it was great two blocks away from Bourbon Street and a couple more blocks to the French quarter Market all in walking distance we'll do it next year again
Best Hotel and Casino in New Orleans! I have been to Casinos in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nassau Bahamas and Las Vegas. Harrah's is my favorite in Louisiana!
The worst customer service will not go back host never returned my call and did not care about my having a good experience. The fact that I was seven star meant nothing. Had street people hitting me up for money in casino man passed out in entrance. I can not believe I drove 8 hours to go thru this night mare.
Better eateries, than Philly. Otherwise it's a Casino.

$39 for a $12 Buffet. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.
