I've actually won quite a bit of money from this place but for them to let their Mayor tear down monuments, instead of tearing down the crime around this place, I'll be avoiding it!! PS do not enter from the back side of hotel near the tracks at night!!!
Worst customer service at the hotel I have ever had anywhere...As a long time Harrah's diamond player I deserve to be treated right and with respect neither happened last night..You better get in your toes or you'll lose more customers than you bring in...As for me it may be time for me to take my business to mclub properties
We loved our experience here it was awesome and winning isn't bad either lol would definitely come back.
Very fun, younger crowd. Not as clean as others but definitely a place for a good time.
The hotel and casino are beautiful! I like that is was smoke free but i have never been in a casino where we have had to pay for our drinks NOT OK when you are dishing out all this money. One thing that surprised us is that we were expecting to pay $30 for parking and it was free with 30 minutes of play time.

Hi Erica, we apologize that you didn't receive complimentary drinks. Our drinks our free while playing but is different from many casinos in that you order them directly through your machine and cocktail staff does pass by the tables.
All kinds of games to play and it was so pretty inside.
The atmosphere was great. Historic decor, friendly staff. Love my McAlister's in TX but my Muffelata here was a fresh win hands down...no pun intended! Beverages and nightclub were on point. It was not crowded so the temp was too cold and deterred drinking much. I'll be back, soon!!

Non-smoking casino - Very Nice! Friendly staffs! New and updated Casino. There are a lot of eating places to choose from. We had a great time and we hope to be back!
