First time staying in this hotel, love the Harrah's in Atlantic City and decided to try Harrah's New Orleans since I'm here celebrating my birthday in the French Quarter. The room is very spacious and really nice. Love the smoke free and was surprise to find the casino in a opposite building. Booked 3 days here and was very pleased with my stay.

Great atmosphere club is nice and close to hotel area. Food was wonderful
The Magnolia restaurant buffet was the worst I ever had!!!! Food was dried out looked like it was sitting there all day!!! What a waste of hard earned money. Will never go back!!

The staff is kinda rude....buffet is horrible now...bathrooms always need cleaning...I'll pass on the comp nights!

We loved the buffet. And the staff was great! We liked so much we went twice. - didn't hit though.... but got a fantastic apple martini!

Everyone there looked miserable. Didn't see very many people who actually looked happy to be there
The Friday night buffet was horrible and the price was not worth it ..... you wanted the truth .... loved your casino but the buffet keep working at it .... service was great too
