Great experience. Played poker and enjoyed the smoke-free gambling.
We didn't enjoy the gambling part but the Buffett was Awesome ��� �� Will be going back to eat there again And The Cashiers at The Cage who issue our cards were Great.

Great place good hitting machines and the staff is wonderful

Harahan is a nice city.I work in that area to eork in or visit.
Just terrible, we spent 1200.00 and the lines were a hour long. Not only that the staff was horrible! We come to new Orleans 4 times a year and decided to give harrahs a chance, boy did we make a mistake. After we spent the hour waiting in line to check in we were told our room was not ready, we finally got a room at 6pm and came into a dirty room! The sheets were nasty and the comforter looked like someone walked on ir! Very disappointed in harrah...
