The place is OK had to keep asking for towels. They said they don't clean room every day an IV never seen that. Smoke free gambling was nice. But use to going to casino were coupons an discounts existed. None here. But nice area of downtown. Rude lady at front desk made it to where we didn't spend nothing but $40 in that building we ate an got entertainment other places.... Customer Service Poor

Fun visit with friends and family. I don't expect to win big on every visit to a casino so holding my own is fine. Happy experience I broke even. I will visit again when I'm in New Orleans. I love Harrah's New Orleans.
Came here for the first time on 2/11/17. I've been to Vegas and Lake Charles many of times. Even though I've been to NOLA several times, i have never felt the want to try this place out. Good thing I did!!! Place is amazing!! No smoke!!! I love being somewhere where I don't smell like smoke after I leave the place. Very friendly staff except for one dealer... she did not like that I corrected her after she miss counted and took away someone's hard earned money. Great Casino. Friendly workers. They check your id at the door which wad a surprise because I've never been carded, but comforting because they were doing their job.
We were celebrating my sister's birthday on Friday February10. we had a wonderful time an awesome experience.
