I went there for the very first time. Also my first time in New Orleans. Had a great time. I didnt get rich but i did win some money and that makes me happy. I did not encounter any problems while i was there. And there are plenty of machines to play on. definately going back again soon.

They didn't give me a thing to be happy about. The room had 3 different rates. No comps of any type. Gave casino about $600 each day. No microwave in room. Even the water in the room was tagged you will be billed $6. I love New Orleans but don't like to give my money to people who won't treat you right.

We enjoyed our stay at Harrah's! It is still one of the prettiest casino hotels we've stayed in. By far the cleanest room! At check-in everyone was friendly and helpful! Hope to go back soon!
