We visit New Orleans several times a year. The front desk staff was very gracious and very welcoming. Upon arrival our room was spacious and very clean. The Christmas Gingerbread Cathedral was beautiful and exhibited the talent of the bakery and carpentry staff. The life sized Nutcrackers were standing guard at the front entrance. Fulton Street's snowy scene and bright lights made the stroll down the alley realistic of a wintry and white Christmas. The venue was The Beatles vs The Rolling Stones. Excellent impressionists and the music was very authentic.
Great friendly people working there. Saw a great show there on Saturday.
Smoking lounge outside with machines was greatly appreciated by this gambling smoker
My experience was awful, I was celebrating my son birthday. As the night wined down, 3 officers approach my nephew who was sitting down minding his business watching my daughter play the machine. Officers walked up and told him they needed to talk to him, and asked to see his ID, my nephew was clueless about what was going on. He asked what was this about?? They stated he fit the discription of a hit and run in the casino. With all those cameras in there, they should have looked at them and should have been able to properly ... read more
Super friendly staff. Clean beautiful room and property.
It was my first time here I thought everything was great
I didn't gamble but went with a group to eat at the breakfast buffet. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly. They will even cook you an omelet with your choice of ingredients. Reason for 4 of 5 was that it took the server 45 minutes to bring me a glass of OJ after three reminders. It was busy, but still kind of extreme.
