Terrible, terrible, very poor service, 2 of our friends from Europe were with us and got yelled at, we were exploring the option of staying the night but absolutely not ,very very disappointed
Hada,ball at Masquerade for Saints games. Food was great and thanks bring back the good booze!

I had a good time to the drinks was good and on time I was just trying my hardest to win but my day was great there
First time here, both my husband and I enjoyed it. Will definitely be back
Will not return to this casino. No incentive to do so. I received a player card with no cash play incentive as the ones given at Golden Nugget and Isle of Capri in Lake Charles, or a free buffet as offered at L'auberge in Baton Rouge, etc. After investing a hefty amount at the slots, I couldn't even get a comped meal.
We arrived after midnight to spend 4 nights there. We were told they did not have a room so we had to go across the street for one night. When we returned the next morning we found that they had put us in a suite to the remainder of our stay as an apology for the inconvenience. The room was amazing as was the view. The customer service was excellent. The staff, from the front desk to the bellman were all very friendly and professional and went out of there way to be accommodating.
