I had the best time. EVERYONE spoke and smiled. I loved the buffet and the hospitality. The room was awesome. Best vacation ever!

Incredible Seven Star event!! The staff were incredible - attentive to every detail ! Southern hospitality at its finest!! Loved the Cafe Du Monde on the last day!! Perfect ending to a perfect weekend!!
It was great! Pretty fast service! You could smell the fragrance in the "clean" restroom from the front door!!! Went all three days while being there! Loved it!!!
The casino is the worse. If you want to give your money to someone... give it to charity... at least it will be a tax write off. There is no entertainment value playing there. You will have a better time playing at the casinos in Oklahoma.
It is an experience like no other. The fun is nonstop and the Krewe at Harrah's New Orleans are genuinely friendly and helpful.
I visited yesterday an ate at the buffet an OMG this is the place to be. This is my second time eating there an nothing could be more fantasizing then the buffet everything you could dream of.. Love the friendly services an the casino is the best. I will be coming again real son.. Thanks you guys you are a 5 start place that i tell all to come an check yall out

Loved the staff from the valet to the dealers and everyone in-between! Southern charm and wit no matter where they hailed from. Only issue is the lack of a pool….
