It was my birthday and I had a blast from the customer service to the night club inside. Thank you for giving me a surprise to choose from on the birthday machine, I even won on the slots!!! Love the Harrah's when I come to New Orleans but my rates go up & down to much as a player
Love the hotel, love the music and food ...BUT the people are amazing!!!
My experience was horrible... While playing the game I wanted to play, I had to stop in the middle of playing, because they said we had to move to the other side and play... and after all the drinks I ordered I never got one.
I've been to the Casino but only stayed once at the Hotel which was back in 2008. The place is always clean n people friendly.
I enjoy this location so much because I can play and not worry about trying to flag down a waitress. I simply request one on the kiosk. The restrooms are clean and the free parking is fabulous. I wish they had an all night Mexican food option.
We thoroughly enjoyed playing without a smokey environment.
1st time to a casino, loved it, wasnt familar with how to play some games, and played simple quarter slot and was a winner. I will be back and I will stay on poperty next time. I see Vegas in my future.
