I really loved it there it was clean had great choices in the games and food and the best thing it was smoke free!!!!! Now that was great and I will be back !!!!
We really enjoyed it.. It was 5 am when we got there tho.. Lil scrappy showed me a good time.
Everyone who works here is miserable and rude. I won't be back.

The worst trip ever as far as a casino goes! I understand that the city had to bail out Harrah's but enforcing the no smoking will finish off this casino and in turn hurt New Orleans. It was a big draw for many not anymore. I did save some money and enjoyed seeing the city!

Shame on you Harrah's for giving my niece bad information about what type of documents to bring to enter your casino. Her drivers license was stolen. She and her mother drove all the way from Tennessee yesterday to attend a brunch and you won't even escort her to the auditorium. Very sad.
This is one jankie ass casino, where u can't win s**t, they don't let the locals win anything and all they want 2 send u is $5.00 of fsp, WTF. Omgosh
I love New Orleans. Great food, good people and lots of fun.
