This is the worst casino I have ever been to you have to be 21 to even eat will never step foot in a harrahs again was totally embarrassed when I tried to take my family to dinner.

Me and my friend came down to New Orleans for spring break from Ohio. Keep in mind I'm 23 and my buddy is 22 I frequently go to the casino in cleveland owned by the same company, I get emails all the time from total rewards. When we walk in and check our ids the lady at the front told me that I was to leave and that she was keeping my ID, only mine (thought it was a fake). I told her that i go to the horseshoe in cleveland and my info is on file with total rewards she says "sir this isn't cleveland". I asked to see a manager... read more
Parked in your garage today (Sunday) 2 hours $30 ..... Seriously? Never park there again
I give it a 5 star because louisiana is a good city to live in its all good
If you are female and not 25 - 34 yrs old or one of the good old boys, expect to be ignored no matter how congenial and smiling you are at the bar. The waiters/bartenders are rude!
I am not a gambler - we ultimately went here because we heard about the 'play for 30 min and get 24hrs of parking'. the staff ranging from the woman who checks id's, the valet attendant, to the parking booth were all amazing and friendly! If you gamble this is a good place to go, if you need parking this is a definite! reasonable walk to french quarter, arts district, and business district hotels.
