My place to gamble.i miss it ..
This place is a joke...horrible customer service and nothing but lies from management...was gonna leave the number of stars blank so they would get zero, but not sure if it would show up as zero stars or not at all...so the one star is actually zero...

I was given a smoking room and it triggered my asthma. I called to request another room and was told a manager was working on it. 2.5 hours later, I find out the managers were all in a meeting. They eventually found me a place at the Hilton and told me the room would be comp'ed. I thought this was very classy, until I got home and found out they actually charged me for the room. Now, I have been on hold for 22 minutes to get this reconciled.
