Booked a last minute room thru HotelTonight and the app screwed up and Harrah's didn't have my reso. The two girls working the desk were so gracious and helpful. They really went out of their way to help and that's not easy at 1am! Good customer service is hard to find but these girls really impressed me. When the app finally fixed my reso I got a beautiful newly remodeled room so I would def stay here again

Ate at the buffet tonight......it was horrible.......my 1st complaint would be with the wait staff. .....we asked for a booth and were told that we had to sit at a table because they were all filled up.....I pointed out 2 booths that just needed to be clean was told that they couldn't do it... So we went on and sat at the table....we went to get our food and the wait staff was cleaning the booth for a couple who wanted to sit there. .....my 2nd complaint is the food ...The food was lukewarm and tasteless....The fried shrimp ... read more
