I love going to the buffet. My regular waitress/waiters always give their undivided attention along with great service. I'm always visiting Harrah's buffet! ☺
If you are a guest of color, just know that you will experience discrimination at its best at The Buffet... Apparently serving you is at the waiter's "discretion," ... This is a direct quote from the Supervisor... Sad world we live in!
I've had more good experience here than bad. Very lucky spot for me.
I stayed at the hotel first night i found BEDBUGS they moved me immediately but afterwards the staff completely downplayed the situation. Needless to say i will NEVER stay here again!!
No customer service didn't like the machines never will be back I loved the casinos everywhere else
Love it NON-SMOKING! It's nice you can gamble and not come out smelling like a cigarette! :) I will be back and hopefully staying at the hotel!♡
It doesn't deserve ONE star in my books. You guys are pretty big but no waitress around when you need them; or drinks through your slot that cost $2 a piece? Really? Screw you Harrahs, never will I ever spend another dollar there. I PREFER "GOLDEN NUGGET" - OR- ISLE CAPRI LAKE CHARLES!!!!!
Well the casino has changed alot no smoking which is fine by my standards but i like slots real ones this is becoming a bingo night but hey its kewl on to the next when I have free funds everyone be safe win more ....BOOM
