I had such an awesome time. It was so clean and I like that there is no smoking inside. All of the dealers and other staff were super friendly and patient. I won $1,090.00 playing Texas Hold'em. I can't wait to come back!
We decided to splurge and stay at Harrah's the eve of my 50th birthday and then go from there on a cruise. We checked in late, threw our luggage in the room and went down to the casino so didn't look around the room. The next morning we noticed the room was pretty dirty (Kleenex wad on the hot tub, orange pop down the cabinet, hair around the room, hard dust on all the fixtures, and then my hubby noticed sunflower seeds all over the floor along with a small baggie of leftover weed. The Casino is clean staff is friendly and helpful and there's a new smoking section. The club is nice food good I recommend this casino to everyone in new orleans
IT'S a nice place to visit good restaurants and a coffee cafe.. The band plays and march inside as you play machines and eat..
Awesome Brunch! Pricey but with unlimited mimosas and wine, heck of a deal!
Me and my friends had a great time. Earlier in the day I hurt my ankle, and the lady at the door was super helpful and found me a wheelchair. BUT, when we tried to order drinks the cocktail waitress was super rude. She told us there was a 20 minute wait between drinks, which was fine but one of my friends didn't even get a drink and she took all of the drinks back. Nervous about ordering drinks all night she ruined our fun and our night.
It was fun as always but I never get free play or buffet. Been going there 4 ever. My friend goes less then me and gets it. Guess I didn't lose enough yet... lol. Great place though.....
The staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay, the light for cleaning was on by noon, we got back to our room at 4am and it hadn't been cleaned. When we called the desk for fresh towels, they were delivered immediately.
No smoking WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
