It was to crowded couldn't even get on a craps table and they had 4 tables not being used. Very nice place just under staffed.

Slots were tight for me played Fairy Play . Lost at slots decided to play a shoot of Blackjack, that is my game caught a lucky run won every hand when I lost a hand I quit. Secondlined with the band and Mario enjoyed seafood, cocktails and fireworks also watching friends gamble . No one else had luck. I had gratitude for my winning, it happened fast for me, others were not so lucky . Thanks Harrahs I am grateful.

The lady at Total Rewards was not friendly and downright rude. The buffet cashier was completely disrepectful. I ended upleaving without eating...

I was NOT happy with the hotel valet. When given ticket I was asked "Checking in or having lunch?" I said "Having lunch" He said if you get your ticket validated at the restaurant it will be $6" I said "After 4hrs" He said "$42 if not validated". He did NOT tell me WHERE I had to eat. YOU HAVE TO EAT AT RUTH CHRIS'!!!! Had he told me that I would have parked elsewhere!!
My mom and I had a awesome time in the casino. We actually won't money, both of us. Two nights in a row playing the slot games. We are traveling from Minnesota and back. Staying in Casino Hotels along our trip. This is one of the best casinos we have been at. Very clean and I was very happy with the cleaning staff, so very kind and helpful. The waitresses are very nice and the drinks are free. Just like in Vegas, except you win here....
