The worst Harrah's casino that I have ever visited. Will absolutely under no circumstances ever visit again. The hotel is beautiful but the staff needs to find a different line of work. The Bell hops and the valet were exceptional. Very friendly!! The casino is also a beautiful place but even the casino host are the worst that we have ever met. We were supposed to have a 3 night hotel stay,$50 travel expense, $50 folio credit and the only thing we received was a one night stay. Drove all the way from North Carolina. I would ... read more

Great time......doubled my money.....stayed at the Harrahs in Vegas was really nice will stay there again.....
The casino was fine but absolutely freezing inside. Ended up leaving it was so cold. The hotel was just as cold. Everyone had on jackets and complaining. Don't quite understand why. The buffet for breakfast was horrible. Food was cold, when I complained that the gravy was cold the chef checked and stated "it isn't that cold". It shouldn't be cold period.. will not eat there again. Seems to continue to go down hill.

Nice looking on the inside, but it's a casino. They exist to take your money, with a smile. McAllister's King Club sandwich was pretty tasty.
Hugeee casino !! We ate at the oyster house. It was amazing we shared one shrimp Poboy Omg it was sooo good Play 30 mins and get free garage parking for 24 hours. Not valid through the valet. 2hours is $10

Very nice Casino. Clean and people are friendly. Bigger than what I thought! Recommend going there. Like the Mardi Gras theme in the casino! 👍
