2016 Corolla software recall repair Tonya was very professional and attentive to detail. She kept us informed on the timeline of repair and even offered a loaner car if needed. She even walked us to our repaired car and opened the door for us. She is a great customer service representative and an asset to Lakeland Toyota. Good experience.
