Worst Toyota Dealership in Central Florida! The sales team needs a crash course in dealing ethically with all people, showing respect and not breaking the law! Review the laws prior to dealing with them! They hid the new car window sticker, refused to itemize options, and attempted to “pack” the deal. Very sad that they are still in business. Appears to be lots of game playing going on over there.
Great buying experience. My sales rep Jason Coney was great to work with on selling me a 2009 Accord. This was a no pressure experience. I will purchase from him again.

Recall service Myself and my wife recently visited this location....on Friday last week, to have some recall work done on our Toyota. The check-in was pleasant enough, but things went downhill quickly. We used the on-site shuttle service to go to the mall because the repair was "scheduled" to take 2-4 hours (we'll cover that part in a minute). Close to 3 hrs for a oil change for starters not h Cars blocking all over lot had to drive all around just to get out crazy tow trucks should be directed to different area, guests should not be allowed to park people in . ( you parked my truck in lot after oil change a patronparked in front of me so I could not get out. ??? People are crazy
I made a appointment and it took two and one half. It took to long to service my vehicle, when I made a appointment ahead of time. I don’t think I’ll be returning in the future.
