Awful place do business! I contacted All Star Toyota to inquire if they had a specific truck on their lot. I was told they did and I scheduled an appointment to go look at the truck the next day, which was a Saturday. When I arrived, they did not have truck on their lot and was told there was a miscommunication. I left and several hours later I received a call from the salesman, Lee , advising they found the exact truck I was looking for and could have it sent to their dealership. Stay far away The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I saw a car advertised and called to confirm the price because it was a 45 minute drive. Test drove the car confirmed the price and when I woundered why the payments where so high I realized they added a $3000 reconditioning fee. Needless to say I did not buy the car. When I questioned the fee they were very rude about it. Save yourself a couple of hours these guys are crooks.
Suspicious I had a Toyota Avalon for 17 years with no problems. Within successive visits - brakes, speaker, hood, struts, sway bar and battery all need to be replaced within two weeks after getting car serviced from previous trip. every time I left u had more problems than when I went in. Yes it was an old car - find it odd all the problems started as soon as I started going to this dealer. Manager useless. Couple sales people are slime.

Worst Dealer in FL Two months and still doesn't have done the paperwork, professional liars. Nissan Pathfinder was fully paid on October 9th and still is not mine, no title, no invoice, nothing. Still in the dealership and nobody know nothing about this.
Lease vs Buy Chelsea Johnson, Ryan Soto and Gab Faling were like three peas in a pod!! They were excellent!! I hope they never leave the dealership. They put up with our ever-changing minds and we finally made a deal on the best car in the house...Avalon!! We had fun with them all!! We would recommend them for our friends and family. When we return for another deal, look out cause we’ll be asking for these 3 Amigos!!!
Amazing service and customer service Amazing experience. Lacy in the service dept was excellent and kept me informed on what they were doing during the process. I would recommend their service department to anyone needing repairs.
