Great service no pressure I've got a Taco 2018 from them saving were huge a fast processes. best buying buying experience out of my four different vehicles... and I live almost 2hrs away from them.
Mister The person who helped my wife was rude and has a bad attitude towards their clients. He has shown poor customer service and impatience toward the customers. My wife was Very upset to have observed him treating someone like that.
Customer Lakeland Toyota lied to me and said my home bank denied my loan so we went with a third party bank they suggested a week after signing the paper work on the car i was called back to resign paper work with a different bank because their bank denied me so i went to my bank to see why i was denied initially And my bank stated that they approved me so i returned the car at that point i didn’t want it after being lied to and lakeland Toyota threatened me with selling my contract to another bank and they would repossess t... read more
Wonderful Experience Amber Smith was my Service Advisor. She was friendly and made me feel welcome and important as a customer. She was knowledgeable and explained 100,000 mile needs before and went through items afterwards per the invoice. Keep up the great work, Amber!
Customer I arrived early for my appointment and they signed me in within 5 minutes of my arrival. They were clear about the service that needed to be done and gave an estimate of how long it would take which was right on the dot. They were very professional.

$986 fee on every used car sold! Not mentioned onl My salesman Alex was great! Really nice guy and upfront. What I didnt like is their deceitful online pricing gimmicks. Different price online than what's in store. They also advertise vehicles at other dealerships as being on their lot, and wont match prices on same vehicles with similar mileage. As someone mentioned before, they add a $986 fee to every used car, which is not mentioned online. Way to do business guys!
JR (and Paul) are the best! JR and Paul (and Kyle, though our time was short) were great to work with from beginning to end. They were able to help me get the vehicle I wanted, in the price range I wanted. They were very considerate, and up front about everything with the vehicle, there were NO surprises!
