10/10! I just bought a 2014 Corolla from Hanover Toyota and the overall service was awesome! They are willing to make a great deal with you and make sure you are completely taken care of. Jennifer Miller was our salesperson and right off the bat she was friendly and made us feel comfortable and helped us pick the best car. Larry Weaver at Hanover Toyota is awesome!!!! Larry was my salesman at Hanover Toyota. He didn't make me feel like just another customer. He was professional and personable, which goes a long way with me!! He made the steps of buying a vehicle so easy and fun! He even followed up with me after I had the vehicle a couple days to make sure I was happy with my decision! So in short I will definitely be going back there when it's time to get another vehicle no questions asked!!!
Rachael Kuhn made it so easy! I was sitting in the showroom waiting for my Highlander to be serviced when a customer pulled in to trade in a 2008 jeep wrangler. Ms. Kuhn was passing by and observed my reaction and began talking with me about that vehicle. I was so impressed with her professionalism that I bought the jeep and kept my highlander too.
