Smooth Process From the start, Rachael went out of her way to get me into a car. I was using a rental that was not great and costing an arm and a leg. On her day off, Rachael arranged my test drive and came into the dealership to go over all the details with me in order to get me out of my rental and into my new (used) car just so I wouldn't have to be in the rental one more day. Larry at Hanover Toyota is the best I have purchased several vehicles from Larry Weaver at Hanover Toyota and he came through again. Larry's concern for the customer and giving a great deal makes him an excellent salesman. He is never high pressure and the staff at Hanover Toyota make you feel special. Larry Weaver at Hanover Toyota is awesome!!!! Larry was my salesman at Hanover Toyota. He didn't make me feel like just another customer. He was professional and personable, which goes a long way with me!! He made the steps of buying a vehicle so easy and fun! He even followed up with me after I had the vehicle a couple days to make sure I was happy with my decision!
