Richard Mosley I came in for an oil change on my 2015 Tacoma and Brandon Collins wouldn't let me leave until I bought a new truck , excellent salesman !!
Service Center Slow Retail experience was excellent. Service staff also extremely friendly. Very disappointed in wait time and efficiency of actual service itself. Appointment at 8am. Quoted 2 hour wait time. Finally got my truck back at 1220pm. Only needed my rims and tires taken off my trade-in and put on my new truck. 4 hours and 20 mins for a wheel swap. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Great Service Great service. Amber Smith is the best Service Advisor, shes like family. Always makes sure everyone is treated fairly, doesn't take advantage of you. I've never had any issues with this dealership with exception of my last visit. Best service ever Make sure you as for Yuri Day La Cruz and Manny (Manager). They give you the best service and prices around. Bought a brand new RAV4 here and we had nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Highly recommended
2013 Toyota Corolla He a a very good attitude when we first pulled up he ran to us and that was just a good sign there. Officially didn’t come to get a car but i guess GOD had something else in store for me. I didn’t even believe i was going to be able to get a car. I just was going to look and end up leaving with a car. I would most definitely recommend JR to a friend . Thanks so much for y’all time.
