Would not return no matter what! These salespeople were the worst, I was just looking today and was told that they do not have time to show cars unless I was ready to buy! I will never return!!!!

Horrible service from sales manager named Patrick Huge waste of time, a sales manager named Patrick handed me paper work after being there 4 hrs on a Sunday at a promotional event and it was all wrong Toyota wasent holding up there end of the deal on the promotion they were offering, totally different car was listed, the numbers we went over were no where close to being right. I went from having 3 to 4k negative equity to having 11 to 12k negative equity...just didnt make sense he basically said I cant do nothing for you tak... read more
Service I don't do surveys but customer service was good enough to warrant this review. This is a busy dealership. My service rep kept me informed about how.long this was going to take. The amenities in the waiting room are.not as good as my dealership up north. And this dealership does.not do courtesy car washes like.most others do. But the service was good.
Not a Good Online buying experience They do aggressive online pricing. But, they add extra fees to make sure final price is well above what is shown online. Different kind of marketing technique
In for service. Excellent I’ve visit basic oil change and tire rotation. Excellent person at the counter. Good recomendation on future service. The wait was minimal. Looked at the new cars while waiting.

Great service department I took my Highlander in for an oil change that I thought it was due for but the agent caught the fact that I had inaccurate informstion and it wasn't due for another 4,000 miles . He had them rotate the tires as I'm going on a trip but didn't do the oil change. I appreciated that he was on the ball and watching out for me.
Not Great Overall not a great experience. I was giving three different prices and at the end the final was higher per month. I was giving numerous of times on when the paperwork would be processed.
