Service at dealership Amber Smith did a great job trying to satisfy my needs at the dealership for the service on my vehicle. She was very professional and showed concern for my vehicles needs. Amber has been the best service advisor that I have dealt with at Lakeland Toyota.
Service is great! Amber Smith is all about taking care of her customers. When she was out Efrain stepped in and was just as thorough. The technician (Bill, I think) even came out to show me something so all my questions were answered. I trust them and I don’t say that easily.

Discussing The so called manage of sales Patrick is a con artist. After finding out that they lied to me during the buying process he had me drive an hour to the dealership and did nothing that was promised. I am now stuck spending extra money.
Dealer with a smile attitude The service with a smile attitude is very appreciated at Lakeland Toyota. The service group employees work hard at making sure your car is fixed to your satisfaction.
