Awesome customer service-Stu!!! Stu welcomed us from the door and was AWESOME!!! He did all he could to help me and my girls get in another vehicle. With the help of Steve and Dan, we are on our way out the door very happy customers. Thru all the trials of trying to get a loan, Stu never gave up on us and they got us a loan. Madison (Mad Dawg) Madison was very professional and kind. Did not high pressure which I like. Was a pleasure to do business with and when it is my time to trade in my car I will come to her.
Great service I just had my vehicle serviced and it took longer then planned when parts didn't come in. My salesman, Gary Graybill made sure I had a complimentary rental car to get me back and forth to work while my truck was in the shop. I couldn't miss work and couldn't have otherwise had the repairs made. Not too many dealerships bend over backwards to help like that.

Car Shopping I've been shopping for another vehicle and my visit to Hanover Toyota was an enjoyable experience. My salesman, Gary Graybill was great! I haven't decided what I want to do yet. My daughter is graduating college soon and will need a vehicle to get back and forth to work. Gary has been great in the shopping process.
