Great service Went in and had some recalls fixed. I was given a car to drive since they were behind. Friendly service. Liked that they are open to 7pm.
Don't trust their online prices! Bait & switch! I am so disappointed by this dealership. I drove over a hour for the vehicle only to find out they add on a "reconditioning fee" which was over $1,000 plus they wanted to charge me $1,000 to use my own pre-approved financing. When I asked what was done to the vehicle to "recondition" it, they wouldn't tell me. I asked for the CarFax. They didn't show me and now I see the vehicle had been wrecked. Customer service was great My Salesman Rone was excellent and he did exactly what he stated that he would do. The best car buying experience I've ever had and they gave me the most for my trade as well. I would recommend anyone to Lakeland Toyota because there is no games played just excellent service from a team that cares. You're the best Rone.
Lakeland Toyota I had John Bellofatto as my salesperson. He conducted himself professionally, answered every question, and although I had not planned on buying a car today.. I drove away in a new Rav4. Very positive experience. Michele handled the finance paperwork she had me in and out of her office in 15 minutes.

Clueless When I got there they act like they didn't have a clue of what was going on the last was rude and didn't have good customer service.
