Our CR-V purchase... This is our first purchase at Lots for Less and so far we are satisfied with the customer service process. Questions were answered or an answer was found if not sure. Everyone was very friendly especially our sales rep, Chris Collins. A little timely process but hopefully worth it in the end.
New owner of a 2015 Highlander from Hanover Toyota Ashley Heller at Hanover Toyota was big help in us deciding to purchase a new 2015 Highlander. She was very friendly, took her time to explain all the information about the vehicle and even stayed late one evening to help us.
Great Customer Service!!!! Lots For Less is an amazing car dealership. They really care about their customers and I felt very at ease buying from them. I worked with Chris Collins, who was extremely helpful the whole time, to purchase my first car. I was recommended to purchase my car by using Chris from my mom and brother who also bought cars from this dealership. I'm very pleased with the quality of service. Management is very attentive and patient. Would recommend this company to anyone. They deserve all the praise.

Awesome experience When my husband and I wanted to buy a new vehicle we weren't sure which way we wanted to go a mini van for me or a toyota tundra for him. Gary Graybill the sales associate we worked with was amazing at answering all our questions and was a friendly and caring person to speak with, needless to stay the truck won but we had a great experience with Gary as our guide to what we wanted,
