Mr. Henry Adebutu, automotive salesman Henry worked so well with us. Right from the start he was very polite, helpful and kind. He was very informative and let us test drive a Camry, which was what I wanted. I wanted a color that they did not have on the lot, and he made sure I got that color. Great car buying experience! Kaydian Williams and Daniel B were very helpful in my car buying process at Lakeland Toyota. Kaydian was very nice and pleasant, she asked all the right questions, she was very knowledgeable about all the cars and was able to help me picked out the right car.
I'm treated like trash Unprofessional , I'm treated like trash by sale service!! I call the day before for a car that I was in the internet to confirm that I was available. I drive 1 hour and 30 minutes and went I get there the car disappeared and the sale man send me outside to look for the car !! I go and call again and they telle the car I was there
Recall - Air bag replacement My mother and father have a handicap Toyota van that has been recalled for air bags. My mother recently suffered a stroke (she is partially paralyzed) and my father is her 24/7 caregiver. When he called to make the appointment he explained my mother's situation and that she would not be able to sit there for the 4 hours he was told it would take. Used car had lots of problems I bought a used 2015 Prius from All Star. It was a bright day and I only saw a few problems on this silver car due to the glare. In spite of me saying how important it was to me to have a pristine vehicle they delivered a filthy car to me with A LOT of damage I hadn’t seen. I immediately took the car to Team Collision and spent over $2,000All Star offered me a car wash as compensation. Ridiculous! Go to BBB complaints for more details.
