Alex was excellent!!!! We just bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna. The salesman, Alex, was beyond good to us. He worked with us on the price to get us into a similar payment from our previous car. It was quick and easy. Alex wasn’t pushy and he definitely listened to our needs. We would easily come back again. Lakeland Toyota will have our business again.

Aggressive Sales person ! Well I understand enthusiasm and loyalty from the Sales Person to their employer , but the shouldn't get aggressive when a customer isn't agree what the say. Terrible experience , the last time I was there !
Ryan and the team made it happen! Went to look at some used Camrys. Ryan greeted us immediately. He patiently showed us multiple vehicles until we found our perfect match. He really knew his stuff regarding features and options available on different cars. We fell in love with a 2018 RAV4, and the team ultimately made us an offer that made buying used seem nonsensical. Horrible! In my opinion, this is the most unprofessional dealership around. They told my wife that she needed a bunch of repairs that were not needed.
Lonnie was great!! Lonnie started only 9 days ago, but his knowledge sincerity and professionalism rivals that of a seasoned salesperson. He made the buying experience both informative and enjoyable and this was the sixth vehicle we purchased from Lakeland Toyota.
