Great service for a first car experience! Kyle Whary was great to work with for my first experience buying a car! He explained everything very clearly and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was very personable. I will definitely come back to Kyle for any of my car needs and direct people to him who are looking for a car!

Great Deal and Experience My husband and I stopped into the dealership in early July to look at Ford Escapes. We were greeted by Haley, almost immediately after stepping out of our vehicle. She was very friendly and helpful, pointing out all the Escapes on the lot that would fit our needs, and we test drove one shortly after. amazing service!! I just bought a ford escape a couple days ago and I am so in love with it!! I had an amazing experience at Hanover Toyota! they were so nice and made you feel like there number one priority. I especially was happy with Haley Wagner. she made the experience fun and she really listened to what was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me! Purchasing a used car was a real pleasure. We recently purchased a used Lexus from Hanover Toyota (aka Lots for Less). Prior experiences in dealing with used car dealers has been drudgery. Not in this case. The sales person, Haley Wagner, was a pleasure to work with. It almost seemed that providing excellent customer service was far more important to her than selling the car. Five stars for Haley. If you are in the market for a used car, I would seek her out.
