Great service, excellent staff, clean facility This is the second Toyota we purchased in a year from Jen Miller at Hanover Toyota. Fast,efficient and honest. Went to Hanover Toyota while on the road as our brakes were not holding and made a vibrating rumble. We were 150 miles from home and from our regular Toyota dealer. I called Hanover Toyota and they said to come right over. Even though they had a full schedule of cars to work on their service dept got us in and within a short time diagnosed our problem. From sitting for 3 months in ice, snow and freezing weather, without being driven, moisture built up in the brake pads and drums and caused them to ... read more

2014 Toyota Highlander When the time finally came to look for a vehicle, I wasn't overly thrilled about the idea because I know how pushy and aggressive most dealerships can be. Fantastic, knowledgable, friendly, and quality I have dealt with many dealerships in the Hanover, PA area before and none compare to the friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. Other dealerships sales reps I have dealt with were eager to make a sale so they were very pushy and did not fully listen to what it was I was looking for in a vehicle.
