My husband just had his lumbar fusion done and from start to finish this was the best experience we have ever had! His nurses were amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and comforting. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my husband! I really hope WCA improves now that they are owned by ya'll.

My father in law is in the cardiovascular 5th floor with kidney issues currently. I've never heard of such bad treatment. Nurses cracking jokes about patients, doctor's not letting him or family know what is going on. He has been sitting in a bed for 3 days and has had no advise or counciling on his condition. I all the people that took so great care of me the last 4 day, I thanks you all very much! I was in room 745, everyone there was great. I had 3 very Special RN. I will not post there name but , the one was my tattoo , RN, the other one was my Kaykak RN, a the other one was the Boss RN, Lol! All 3 of you are very special to me , and when I was down , you not only got me to smile but put a smile on my heart ! God Bless All Of You ! :)
I went in due to some issues and accidentally left my necklace on the tray by the bed in the ER room. I almost thought I'd never see it again and my heart hurt at that thought. They called me within 3 days to let me know they found it and I could pick it up whenever I was ready. Thank you for having not just caring staff (7th floor staff is AMAZING) but honest staff to have turned it in! Thank you for the bottom of my heart!!
Hamots ER is screwed up! NOT only did they turn my 5 month old son away after we found out Skyler (my fiancé) and I have pneumonia even though donnie was coughing and gaging on his drool! but they told me they "couldn't" do x rays for that young of a baby didn't do ANYTHING to even try to find out what he had then sent me Skyler and Donnie on our way and yet Saint Vincent gave Donnie x rays! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my Ladybug as fast as possible i was greatly appreciative,however your overnight front desk staff needs a class or 3 in "first impressions ! No matter how severe a situation is they must always stay focused and never refer to any family as the "Rash family " when other patients are around!
Terrible service. Took my wife there tonight with pain levels exceeding tolerable. Were not even going to give her pain meds till I insisted. Didn't even care for the paintent. Staff was rude and inconsiderate minus one nurse who took my wife's blood. After such bad service will be telling everyone. AVOID if you can. Have posted on my wife's page with almost 1700 followers. I love the specialists you have in Pittsburgh so guess we are stuck with your crappy service.
