One of the worst dealerships to ever deal with I wish I could give negative stars. Run while you have the chance. All they do is take your money and do bare minimum to make you happy, they have no basic customer service skills. Endless promises that arent upheld. Also the biggest scam artists Ive ever met. Great personal, The guys I dealt with were super nice, ***** and ******* got me a Rav4 with exactly what I needed. They did not take long to get me my car. Definitely recommend this guys !

Extremely disappointed with Toyota Round Rocks handling of business financing. The communication between the sales and finance departments is disorganized, and the finance team clearly lacks the knowledge to properly structure a true business loan.I purchased the vehicle under my business to avoid affecting my personal debt-to-income ratio. We purchased a brand new 2025 ***** CRV from Safford Brown ***** in **** Burnie on March 7, 2025. Since then, weve had to bring it back four separate times for a fender that keeps popping out and the issue still isnt resolved.After multiple failed repair attempts, including one that involved using super glue or adhesive instead of properly fixing it, we no longer feel confident in the service provided by this dealership. But your normal dealer games. Price you see online is not what you will pay for the vehicle. In this case several thousands in dealer adds. The "VIP" package on the buyers order i got was $1995 online it shows $895 plus addition 800 for window tint and another charge for a CPO fee. A quick ****** search or ChatGPT will show that its a bit unethical to charge an additional CPO fee on top of the advertised price.
