They send your loan to some unknown bank which does not even have any information on people on loan. My husband and I were both on loan and then they did not let me proceed with payment or anything. Next time when I made payment for principal plus interest for the month they are like you only paid for interest. I expected better from Toyota of Richardson . But finance department is worse.
This dealership scams as often as they can. They deliberately lie to a customers face in order to ***** every dollar they can. It is a predatory place of business.
Purchased a Infiniti QX70 from Koons Toyota Westminster on **************. Returned about 2 weeks after noticing some noise and vibrations, etc. It was taken care after much debate with the service advisor, technician, used car sales manager, and service manager. Dropped it off with only a complaint of the noises, vibrations.
