I purchased a 2022 ***** in 2023 at Frontier Toyota. I told the finance manager that I would obtain financing from my credit union. He actually pulled up my credit union and made a determination that they were offering a 3.99% interest rate. My credit score was in the low 700's, He stated he would match the rate. I went through the ****** Auto Program and this dealership was listed for Toyota. This dealership will tell you that it is a ****** requirement to have your windows tinted. It is not a ****** requirement. They will add tinting on the Retail Purchase Agreement under Misc Equipment. I didn't ask or want this tinting, but now paying for it. Please read the Retail Purchase Agreement and question every single item before agreeing to pay for your new vehicle.This is just wrong and unethical. I brought my truck in to get work down at some point they backed up into something cause theres a huge dent in the back and had told me they arent responsible and wont pay for damages that its not our problem its your problem totally scumming business STAY AWAY

I purchased a Toyota Golden Certified used car from Passport Toyota, but right after bringing it home, I found that one of the power windows didn't work. When I returned to the dealership on the third day, they told me to go to another dealer near my home for repairs completely unreasonable for a certified car.I received no compensation for the time, gas, or inconvenience.
